After careful selection of a frame, take consideration of the location and terrain you will be covering, this will govern the parts chosen:
- Group Set brand and variables; crank length and chain rings, cassette ratio and brake style.
- Wheel and tyre choice
- Width/depth/throw of handlebar
- Length/angle of stem
- Quality of bar/stem/post
- Saddle choice
- Pedal selection
- We cover all levels of ability and age.

When deciding on a frame there are three step, used in exactly this order:
- The most important aspect of any frame is the dimension.
- Followed by the material used for the weight, height and strength of the person, the terrain of the rider and their budget.
- Followed by the paintwork.
We don’t sell small, medium and large. The pizza place down the road from us does if you want their number.
